The room needed better cleaning. The carpet had stains. I FOUND hair on the bed sheets, unpleasant. The radiator in the bathroom had rust. These issues detracted from the overall experience. I also noted the mattress was lumpy.

I found the room to be well equipped and very clean. they included thoughtful details like room snacks and shower gel pouches that smelled delicious. customer service stood out. It reminded me of a 5 star experience with lots of care and attention. i really appreciated the personal service that went the extra mile.
i did notice a small mark on one of the spoons but it was easily resolved.

The Beautiful Double Room Balcony featured superb views of the sea. I enjoyed that feature. The room accessories included everything one could possibly need . Breakfast was a high quality meal. it was perfectly cooked.
The parking was expensive, though the location was perfect!
